Trentin Tyler "Trenton" Lee was born November 25, 1981 in Anthony, Kansas. He grew up in Anthony, graduating from Chaparral High School with the Class of 2001.
On September 10, 2016, Trenton was united in marriage with Annette Otis at the Assembly of God Church in Attica, Kansas. They made their home in Anthony.
Trenton began his career with the Anthony Pizza Hut when he was in High School and continued working there for over 20 years, eventually becoming the General Manager. In 2020, when Pizza Hut closed, Trenton began working at Napa in Anthony.
Trenton and Annette loved spending time together. They attended the Assembly of God Church in Attica where they received comfort through their hard times and support from the fellow parishioners. They enjoyed going to the Kansas State Fair every year for their anniversary, taking trips to zoos and aquariums, and going to the movies. Trenton also enjoyed going to the dunes, playing hard with family and friends.
In 2018, Trenton was diagnosed with cancer and began the long six-year battle. He fought hard and saw remission for a short time before the cancer came back eventually moving to his bladder.
On April 22, 2024, after his courageous battle, Trenton passed away at his home in Anthony, with his wife and sister, Crystal, by his side, at the age of 42. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Kitty Lee and Steve and Sandy Trotter.
Trenton will be deeply missed by his wife, Annette Lee; his biological mother, Charlotte Blye; siblings: CJ Studie, Jason (Evelyn) Trotter, Crystal (Shane) Anthony, Stacy (Jeremiah) Kristek, Stevie Trotter, Sheldon Mings, Bobbie Damron-Sullivan (Matthew), Dale Blye, and Mona Studie-Holmes; fathers and mothers in-laws: Donnie Otis, Christine Ball (Robert), Roy Little (Vana); brothers and sisters-in-laws: Crystal (Dean) Hardiman, Chris Otis, Elizabeth (Danny) Mark; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; and a host of many friends.
Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 28, 2024 at Prairie Rose Funeral Home in Anthony, Kansas with Pastor Vernon Kampe officiating. Trenton's wishes were for everyone to dress casual and in KU attire. A private inurnment will be held at a later date at the Attica Cemetery.
Friends may view and register from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday at Prairie Rose in Anthony.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Trenton may be made to the Trenton Lee Memorial Fund and can be sent in care of Prairie Rose Funeral Home, 602 E. Main St., Anthony, KS 67003.
