Timothy Alan McCaslin was born on April 30, 1951 in Harper, Kansas to Howard Eugene and Virginia Marcelle (Freeman) McCaslin.  He passed away at his home in Harper on January 9, 2023.

Preceding Tim in death are his parents, Howard and Virginia McCaslin; brother, John McCaslin; brother-in-law, Ralph Green; and nephews, Ryan and Kenny McCaslin.  He is survived by his wife, Sherry Lee (Stansbury) McCaslin of the home; children: Jennifer Olson (Rick) of Charleston, South Carolina, David McCaslin (Rhonda Belew) of Rockwall, Texas, Jared McCaslin (Amber Irey) of Danville, Kansas, and Derek McCaslin (Megan) of Anthony, Kansas; grandchildren: Emilia Olson, Aliza McCaslin, Caleb McCaslin, Carter McCaslin, and McKenzie McCaslin (scheduled to arrive in March); siblings: RoseAnn Green of Harper and Steve McCaslin (Pam) of Danville; sister-in-law, Mary Lou McCaslin of Enid, Oklahoma; nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.

Friends may view and register from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Recitation of the Rosary is 7:00 p.m. Friday, January 13, 2023 and Mass of Christian Burial is 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January, 14, 2023, both at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Danville, of the St Joan of Arc Parish Community.  Celebrant is Father Bob Pinninti.  Burial follows at the Fairview Cemetery south of Danville.
