Scotty Lee Williams was born February 25, 1975 in Anthony, Kansas, son of Billy Dee and Cynthia Carol (Patterson) Williams.  He grew up in Manchester, attending school in Wakita graduating with the Class of 1993.

At age 11, Scott began going with his dad on Bill Wright's Custom Harvesting Crew.  He continued every year with the crew for many years.  The Wright family became Scott's second family.  He ran Pronto Tire and Service, drove truck for Kloefkorn Trucking, hauled water for Hawley Hot Oil, but was probably most well-known when he, "Scotty too Hotty" ran the Manchester Bar.

Many will remember Scott for his great sense of humor.  He was so witty and always kept a smile on everyone's face no matter where he was.

On August 18, 2021, Scotty passed away at the age of 46.  He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Williams; his mother, Cynthia Graves; and his cousin, Danny Dodgen.

Scott will be deeply missed by his brother, Jason Sherman and wife, Amy; sister, Becky Rader; nephew, Blake Rader; uncle, Bob "UB" Williams; aunt, Sheryl Hopkins; aunt, Julia Vavra; cousins:  Autumn Kloefkorn and her family Aaron and Lawson; James Williams and his son Wylie, Jeff Dodgen and his family Joel, Caitlin, Chloe, Laila, and Jason, Brandy Rice and husband Eric, and Summer Williams; numerous other relatives and many, many friends.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at the Christian Church in Anthony, Kansas.  Burial will follow in the Manchester Cemetery.

Viewing and registry will be held 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at Prairie Rose Funeral Home in Anthony.
