Samuel LeNeal Thompson was born on February 22, 1957 in Medford, Oregon to Harry Lee and Lynn LeNeal (Tripp) Thompson. He passed away at Patterson Health Center on November 18, 2021.
Sam is survived by his sisters: Linda Prilliman and her husband, Ron of Conway Springs, Kansas, Susan Bonde and her husband, Ken of Grants Pass, Oregon, and Patricia Gardner and her husband, Robert of Brookings, Oregon.
Cremation has taken place and Sam is being sent home to Oregon.
