Obituary

Ryan Eugene McCaslin, 35, was born on May 13, 1983 to Steve and Pam (Coley) McCaslin.  He passed away at home in Danville, Kansas on March 22, 2019.  Preceding him in death are his grandparents, Howard and Marcelle McCaslin and his cousin, Kenny McCaslin.  He is survived by his parents of Danville; sister, Janea Early of Buckeye, Arizona; nephew and niece, Jalan and Adrie Early; grandparents, Virgil and Faye Coley of Argonia, Kansas; numerous other relatives; and many friends.

Ryan made a grand entrance into this world by way of ambulance near Wellington, Kansas.  He continued life with the same zest and determination he came into this world with.  Ryan thoroughly enjoyed and excelled at the many sports he participated in.  He graduated from Chaparral High School in 2002 and then attended Hutchinson Community College.  After college, he enjoyed being a heavy equipment operator for many years.  Ryan was also a graduate of the South Central Kansas Dream Center and became a Male House Leader upon his graduation.  He loved spending time mentoring and sharing his love of God with others.

Most important to Ryan was his deep faith in God and his love for his family and friends.  He adored and was adored by his nephew, Jalan, and niece, Adrie.  When they came to Danville it was nothing but "making memories" with Uncle Ryan…fishing, four wheelers, fun in the river, fireworks, back road driving, and so much more.

He will be fondly remembered for his infectious smile, contagious laugh, and the continuous joy he brought to others.  He will be deeply missed!
