Rosalea Phyllis Hostetler was born on November 21, 1936 in Harper, Kansas, daughter to Ura H. and Della (Balmer) Hostetler.  She passed away at the Patterson Health Center, Anthony, Kansas on March 8, 2024.  Per her wishes, her body is bequeathed to the University of Kansas School of Medicine.  No services have been arranged.

Rosalea is preceded in death by her parents and her siblings: Lester Hostetler, Thelma Kauffman, Albert Hostetler, and Dewey Hostetler.  She is survived by her brother, Delmar Hostetler (Julie) of Harper; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
