Obituary

Renee M. Williams was born June 24, 1965 in Seattle, Washington, daughter of Robert and Marjorie (Hill) Hunstad. She was raised in Spokane, Washington. At age 18, Renee left home to travel with a carnival. After returning home to Spokane she worked at her parents' bar, Duffy's Tavern, until her parents moved.

In 1990, Renee was blessed with a beautiful baby girl, Kurston Rae. Shortly after Kurston was born, they moved to Shelby, Montana, where her parents were living.

While in Shelby, Renee worked at the Frontier Supper Club that her parents had bought in Dunkirk, Montana. After her parents sold the supper club, they helped Renee purchase Naez Place in Chester, Montana.

One day while at work, an Oklahoma harvester came into Naez. After conversation, he asked Renee if she'd like to go have a drink with him and she happily accepted. A short while later, she was moving to Oklahoma to be with the love of her life!

On March 7, 2003, Renee and Billy D. Williams were married in Anthony, Kansas. They lived in Manchester, Oklahoma before moving to Wakita, Oklahoma.

After moving to Oklahoma, Renee worked as a CNA at the Community Health Center, at Alco in Anthony, and was currently working at Jiffy Trip in Medford.

Renee loved life! Her sense of humor was amazing and she had the ability to always make everyone smile or laugh. Although she missed being in Montana, she absolutely loved living in Oklahoma with her love, Billy. She and Kurston were very close and treasured all the days they got to spend together. She had many dear friends, whom she loved as family, and everyone knew how much she loved them as her favorite saying was "loves you." An animal lover, she and Billy spoiled all their fur babies.

On March 5, 2017, Renee passed away after a short illness, at the age of 51 in Enid, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and one brother, James "Jimmy" Hunstad in 1983.

Renee will be deeply missed by her parents, Robert and Marjorie Hunstad; her husband, Billy; daughters: Kurston Hunstad and fiancé, Aaron Morris, Becky Rader and companion, Dave Phipps; sons, Scotty Williams and Jason Sherman; brother, Dan Hunstad; grandson, Blake Rader; nephews, Dylan and James; niece, Danielle; aunt: Mary Ellen Hill and her family, Stacy Hightower, Jamie Sims Coakley and Lee Hill; her fur babies: Girl, Petey and Mac; other relatives and many, many dear friends.
