Myron Lloyd Corser was born April 16, 1951 in Harper, Kansas, son of Noel Milton Corser and Lula Gertrude (Woodward) Corser.  His family lived in Attica, Kansas, where they were members of the United Methodist Church.  Myron received his early education in Attica, before his family moved to Stillwater, OK, and later Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he graduated high school.

On September 14, 1970, Myron went active duty in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War.  He served honorably until his discharge on September 13, 1974.

During his time in the Navy, Myron became a well versed electrician, using this trade as a career path his entire life.

Myron had a love for sports. While in boot camp, he played golf for the first time, and after losing about 20 balls, he made a hole in one!  He received a trophy for this accomplishment, which he proudly carried with him the rest of his life.

Myron settled in Irving, Texas where he passed away on March 15, 2021.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

Myron will be deeply missed by his son, Joshua Corser; brother, Marvin Corser and wife, Mary Lu; nephews:  Keith Corser and wife, Laura, Karl Corser and wife, Rebecca, and Kevin Corser and wife, Erin; 10 great nieces and nephews; 5 great-great nieces and nephews; friend and caregiver, Tim McDonald; other relatives and friends.

Military graveside service with honors by the U.S. Naval Honor Guard will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 27, 2021 at the Attica Cemetery in Attica, Kansas with Pastor Ken Keeling officiating.
