Michael Wayne Seibel was born on July 3, 1954 to Harvey Wesley and Edith Rosetta (Burris) Seibel in Wichita, Kansas.  At a young age, Michael lived in Tucson, Arizona before moving back to Wichita in 1994.  He lived for a short time in Harper, Kansas before moving to Anthony, Kansas in 2004.  Michael was an active member of the Harper Christian Church.

On December 29, 2023, Michael passed away at the Patterson Health Center.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Edith Seibel and sisters, Doris Jean Lewis and Sharon Gail Erwin.  He is survived by his sister, Regina Branson (David) of Mulvane, Kansas; brother-in-law, Lonnie Erwin of Haysville, Kansas; other relatives and friends.

Cremation has taken place and Memorial Service is 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 9, 2024 at the Harper Christian Church with Pastor Ed Hughlett officiating.
