Marvin Linn Capps Jr was born on September 13, 1960 in Sterling, Kansas to Marvin Lynn Sr and Edith Lydia (Cruth) Capps.  He passed away at the Attica Long Term Care on May 18, 2023 at the age of 62.

Linn is preceded in death by his parents, Marvin Sr and Edith Capps; sister, Gail Prescott; and niece, Amanda Tatro.  He is survived by his brother Jeff Capps and his wife, Diana of Harper, Kansas; nieces and nephews: Logan Capps (Corissa) of Harper, Katie Zimmerman (Tyler) of Harper, Adam Capps (Alissa) of Olathe, Kansas, and Justin Tatro (Kaitlyn) of Attica, Kansas; special cousins: Penny Dill of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Brenda Dabelko (Steve) of Colorado Springs, and Becky Boeken of Sterling; several great-nieces and great-nephews; his ALTC family; other family and friends.

Funeral Service is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at Prairie Rose Funeral Home, Harper with Pastor Royce Vogt officiating.  Burial follows at the Attica Cemetery.
