Marsha Lee (Elliott) Florentin Patton was born September 8, 1943 in Anthony, Kansas, daughter of Leonard Elton and Marie Frances (Smith) Elliott. She grew up in Anthony, graduating from Anthony High School in 1961.

On February 8, 1960, Marsha was united in marriage with Lee A. Florentin in Wellington, Kansas. This union was blessed with three children: Cindy, Terry and Leslie. They made their home in Cheney where they spent the next forty-nine and a half years cherishing one another and their family. Lee passed away on September 19, 1999.

On June 10, 2000, Marsha married Bobby Patton in Cheney, Kansas. They shared 16 years of wedded bliss.

Throughout her life, Marsha worked as an office manager.

On November 7, 2016, surrounded by her family, Marsha passed away peacefully at Via Christi St. Francis in Wichita, Kansas at the age of 73. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lee Florentin; sister, Billie Ray; and grandson, Christopher Manjeot.

She will be deeply missed by her husband, Bob Patton; her children: Cindy Florentin, Terry Florentin and Leslie (Tara) Florentin; step-son, Monty Patton; 8 grandchildren: Amber (James) Peyton, Monica Manjeot, Shelby (Scotty) Kiefer, Grayson Florentin, Keyton Florentin, Cheyenne Patton, Cole Patton and Jaycee Patton; 3 great grandchildren; her beloved fur babies: Major and Angel; and a host of other relatives and many friends.

The family will be holding a memorial service 10:30 a.m. Saturday, November 26, 2016 at the Trinity Christian Church in Cheney, Kansas.

Memorials in memory of Marsha may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Trinity Christian Church and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
