Kenneth Joe Molidor was known to his friends and family as Joe, Kenny Joe, or Kenji.

Joe was born on January 25, 1944 in Wichita, KS, to Kenneth and Jeanette Molidor. The family moved to Oregon when he was young and he grew up all around northern Oregon. As a teen, Joe worked on a salmon fishing rig and enlisted in the Marine Corps when he was 17. He moved to California after his honorable discharge where he married and had two daughters. After divorcing in 1972, Kenneth retained custody of his young daughters and moved with them to Honolulu, Hawaii. There he worked as a machinist at the Pearl Harbor shipyard. Joe was a hard worker, and he was also an active and adventurous young man. He loved hang-gliding, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, taking his friends and family out on his boat, and riding his motorcycle.

Joe engaged in many interesting hobbies throughout his life and kept busy working on antique pocket watches, making candles, or working on home renovation projects. He was very handy and was equally good at working on the car, fixing just about anything, or expertly laying a tile floor.

Joe retired early from Pearl Harbor and eventually moved back to Anthony KS to help his parents as they grew older. He was very close to his mother and loved spending time with her and helping her with whatever she needed.

On January 1st 2023, Joe passed away peacefully at Medicine Lodge Memorial Hospital at the age of 78. He was predeceased by his mother and father Kenneth and Jeanette Molidor, and his sister Donna Kay Roberts. He is survived by his daughters Kimberly LeMay and Heather King.

Joe will be remembered by his family and friends for his loyalty, generosity, and his little sayings like "make money honey!" We will miss his special brand of birthday calls and songs.

Joe is laid to rest at Spring Grove Cemetery in Anthony, Kansas next to his parents. No services will be held to honor Joe's expressed wishes. Private personal celebrations and remembrances are suggested.
