Obituary

Jaclyn Renee McPhail (Jackie), age 45, passed away on December 30, 2024 following many years of an autoimmune disease.  Jackie was born February 17, 1979 in Houston, Texas to Roy and Frances (Drouhard) Lemons.  She was the oldest of three children.  Jaclyn was the proud mother of Kayla and Bella McPhail of Kansas and Taylor Hall Shelton of Texas.

Surviving Jackie are her children, Kayla and Bella McPhail and Taylor Shelton; parents Roy and Frances Lemons of Kingman, Kansas: siblings, Bryan Lemons of Dallas, Texas and Amanda-Michele Campbell of Kingman; nieces, Kelsey and Ariya Campbell; nephews, Rylan Campbell and Charles Lemons; several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Friends and Partner Steven Steiner.

Jackie graduated from Plano East High School in Plano, Texas in 1997.  Her many work accomplishments were recognized by her employer Cargill, where she was employed for many years.  Her most recent position was a data analyst.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. February 17, 2025, following the Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 10:00 a.m., at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, of the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Community, in Danville, Kansas.  Inurnment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, south of Danville.

Memorials may be made to the Jaclyn McPhail Children's Education Fund and can be sent in care of Prairie Rose Funeral Homes, 613 W 14th St ~ Harper, Kansas 67058.
