Frankie Lynn Allton was born on October 1, 1951 in Portsmouth, Virginia to Bruce Leon and Blanche Ursula (Davis) Putnam. Moving to Haven, Kansas, this is where Frankie attended grade school and high school, graduating with the class of 1969.
Frankie was united in marriage with Kent Ray Allton on December 6, 1969 in Harper, Kansas. The couple were blessed with two daughters, Julie and Angie. With a great love for children, Frankie ran a daycare for many years out of her home in Harper. They were a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Attica, Kansas.
A member of the Antique Motorcycle Club of America, Frankie enjoyed going on national road runs with Kent. She enjoyed scrap booking and drawing, and always looked forward to family vacations.
Frankie passed away peacefully in her sleep on December 14, 2020. She is preceded in death by her parents, Blanche and Bruce Putnam and a brother, Randy Putnam. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Kent; daughters, Julie Harris (Mike) and Angie Allton; grandson, Alec Mortimer; brother, John Putnam; other relatives and friends.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial Service is 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 21, 2020 at the Faith Baptist Church in Attica with Brother Jason Byers officiating. Please wear protective face covering if able to do so. The church will attempt to live stream the service on their Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/1611Faith
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Faith Baptist Church and can be sent in care of the funeral home.
