Francis Pauline Russell-Jamison was born on January 7, 1920 in El Dorado, Kansas to Carl and Bernita (Bloom) Stauhs. She passed away at the Anthony Hospital on August 31, 2016 at the age of 96. Preceding her in death are her parents, her two husbands, and her son-in-law, Ed Starks.

On June 1, 1938, she was united in marriage with Russell B. Russell and to this union, they were blessed with a daughter, Pamala. He passed away in 1971.

Francis later married Kenneth Jamison and they enjoyed their lives together until he passed in 2002. She had spent the last few years living with her daughter in Harper.

She leaves behind her daughter, Pamala Starks; her grandson, Rusty Starks and his significant other, Kristina Smith; grandsons, Trevor and Russell Starks; other relatives and friends.

Cremation has taken place and the family is planning to have a private service at a later date.
