Estin Wayne Overton was born January 27, 1999 in Wichita, KS, son of Michelle Williams Overton and Earnie Overton. He passed away April 24th, 2017.

"Walk by Faith". This became a very special phrase to Estin and one of his favorite scriptures was Isaiah 41:10, "So, do not fear, for I am with you; Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Loyalty and Faith were the tattoos on his arms but it was also the way he lived his life. On Wednesday, November 2, 2016 he was baptized at the Anthony Christian Church.

Estin recently said, family is a big thing in this crazy world. He thought he was "snap chat" famous. He enjoyed going to the zoo, IHOP and the gym. He was a very good "Kunkle" to his nieces and nephews. He was also a mama's boy. He loved to tell her how much he loved her on social media. One of his recent postings said, "I have to admit, I work hard and my mentality to be the absolute best, is almost scary. But starting tomorrow, I'm going into what I call "deep waters". I'm going to begin training hard everyday til I break down physically, mentally and emotionally. I've watched this woman do the same thing in raising me. I don't believe there is another woman out there that can do any better of a job. It's time to enter a different realm." Michelle always told him, "Son, when you go the extra mile, there's nobody there to push you further so do it yourself."

Dedicated, hard working and driven are all words that describe how passionate Estin was about anything he did. He was involved in wrestling, football, and swim team. He loved traveling with his Chaparral, Maize and other Club Wrestling Teams. He competed with the Kansas National Team in the Summer of 2016. Nothing made him happier. His dream was to go "Pro" and rock big chains and drive a Maserati. He was a competitor at state wrestling several years in a row. He also enjoyed making pottery and selling his creations on Facebook. He was a member of student council, FCA, ACC youth group and NHS. His morning announcements to address the school made everyone laugh.

He wanted to start his own supplement line and inspire others to follow their dreams and achieve their fitness goals. He never thought any dream was too big. He knew the world was there for his taking and he was determined to accomplish it all.

Underneath that tough shell he had a big, loving heart. Rokki and Prynce (his dogs) were the stars of many snap chat stories. He was always the center of attention and the life of the party. If he wasn't mean to you, he didn't love you. Even in tough situations, he would always try to lighten the mood, whether appropriately or inappropriately. He loved hanging out in his underwear and didn't care who was in the room with him. He would flash his crooked smile to get out of trouble.

He will be forever missed and in the hearts of his mother, Michelle; father, Earnie; brother, Evan and wife Ciara; sister, Makayle; grandmothers: Faye Williams and DeeAnn Overton; nieces and nephews: Joseph, Ava, Aniyah, and Raiden; and a host of other relatives and many, many friends.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 28, 2017 at the Christian Church in Anthony, Kansas. Burial will follow in Spring Grove Cemetery.

Visitation will be held 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday and 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Thursday and 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday. No visitation will be held from 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. due to a funeral being held at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Estin Overton Memorial Fund and may be sent in care of the funeral home or may be left at Kanza Bank.
