Debra Lynne Seifert-Stolsworth was born February 6, 1955 in Wellington, Kansas. She grew up in Anthony, graduating from Chaparral High School with the Class of 1973.
In 1972, Deb met Rusty Stolsworth. This union was blessed with four children: David Wayne, Jerry Lee, Tabitha Lynne and James Russell "Jimmy."
Deb's focus in life was raising her children. She was a devoted mother, always putting her children first. She was very dedicated not only to her children, but all the other children she gained along the way, never missing a chance to support them in their dreams and goals.
While her children were growing up, Deb worked at Supreme Market, Larry's IGA and owned Deeba Tee's Screen Printing.
Deb had a love for sports. She began playing softball as a child and continued well into her 40's. She was even chosen to play Catcher on the Kansas All Star Team. Her athletic abilities were passed on to her children and she loved watching her boys play football and her daughter play basketball.
In 2003, Deb met Larry Lindgren. This companionship brought back Deb's love for photography and crafting. She began D2T Crafting and DS40 Ranch Photography. They traveled to rodeos and events all over capturing memories for many people. Crafting was Deb's favorite hobby. She was always making something for everyone.
Deb was blessed with ten grandchildren. This overwhelmed her heart! She absolutely loved being involved in their activities. Since they all inherited her athletic abilities, she became obsessed with attending all their sporting events and taking special edition captures. She had a special bond with each of her grandchildren and they all felt lucky to have a grandmother like her.
On February 28, 2018, Deb passed away at her daughter's home in Harper, Kansas after a short battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her son, James Russell "Jimmy" Stolsworth; her mother, Helen "Deanie" (Walker) Mosby; her brother, Doug Seifert; and a special aunt, Villa Clark.
Deb will be deeply missed by her children: Jerry Stolsworth, Tabitha Stolsworth and David Bruce and wife, Carmen; companion, Larry Lindgren; 10 grandchildren: Koby, J'Lynne, Harley, Brock, Jimmy, Jaxton, Presley, Joseph, Sadie and Conner; and a host of other relatives and many dear friends.
