Daisy Bane was born March 22, 1927 at Dorrance, Kansas, the third child of six born to Wenslow and Emily Hendrich.  She went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on January 24, 2022, just two months short of her 95 ^th birthday.

Daisy's younger years were spent in Arkansas and North Central Kansas.  On November 1, 1947, she married Maynord Bane in Jewell County and they moved to Goodland, Kansas in 1952. Daisy and Maynord ran Hastings Auto Auction in Hastings, Nebraska for many years, traveling back and forth from Goodland every week.  Daisy later lived in Nebraska, Colorado and Wisconsin before returning to Goodland and eventually moving to Anthony, Kansas in 2009 to be near her sister, Esther and family.

She enjoyed her last years at Country Living Assisted Living in Anthony surrounded by many who loved her.

Daisy was preceded in death by her parents: Wenslow and Emily (Kejr) Hendrich; brothers: Wenslow Hendrich and wife Joy, John Hendrich and wife Donna, and Jim Hendrich; sister, Helen Haas and husband Alvin.  She is survived by sister, Esther and husband Earl Flanigan; sister-in-law, Pam Hendrich; and many nieces and nephews and friends.

Graveside services will be held at Cedar Cemetery; Cedar, Kansas on Monday, January 31,2022 at 1:00 p.m. through Prairie Rose Funeral Home in Anthony, Kansas.
