Robert Eli "Bob" Highfill, 79, retired SSG, U.S. Army, passed away Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at his residence. Cremation has been effected.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 8, 2021, with the Rosary being recited at 9:30 a.m. before Mass. Both will take place at the Arkansas City Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Father Sam Brand will officiate.

Interment and military honors will follow at 12:30 p.m. in the Forest Park Cemetery in Anthony, KS.
