Wade Patrick Hogan was born September 1, 1951 in Hutchinson, Kansas, the son of Harold and Jeanne Hogan. He was a 1969 graduate of Hutchinson High School. He then attended Hutchinson Community College and Emporia State Teachers College.

On November 2, 1974 he was united in marriage with Diane Esping in Harper, Kansas. The union was blessed with two sons, Shawn and Jeff. They made their home in Arizona, living there for the last thirty years.

Wade spent his career in sales. In 2000 he developed his own independent sales agency, representing manufacturers of building products throughout the southwest and Southern California.

Wade lived life to the fullest and enjoyed traveling, golf, camping, boating, and spending time with his family and friends. His greatest adventure was a four month odyssey sailing his catamaran from Cape Town, South Africa to San Diego, California.

After a courageous battle with cancer, Wade passed away on March 28, 2017 in Gold Canyon, Arizona with his wife and family by his side. He was preceded in death by his father Harold and mother Jeanne. Wade will be deeply missed by his wife Diane; son Shawn (Genny) of Queen Creek, AZ; son Jeff (Stacie) of Cardiff, CA; brother, Dennis Hogan (Shirley) of Hutchinson, KS; sister, Sherry Vivian (John) of Liberty, MO; four precious grandchildren: Madison, Jacob, Lincoln, and Landon; numerous nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.

Cremation has taken place, a celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

Memorials may be made in Wade Hogan's name to Hospice of the Valley 1510 E. Flower ST, Phoenix, AZ 85014-5656.

Wade, we miss you and will always love you! Smooth sailing, until we meet again........
