Obituary

Carol Ann Baldwin was born October 3, 1945, in Winfield, Kansas.  Her parents were Jacob Joseph and Maud Christine (Marrs) Reiswig.  Carol Ann married Rickey Lee Baldwin on February 4, 1967, in Hutchinson, Kansas.  This union was blessed with four children: Lori Ann, Rebecca, Heather, and Rickey Jr.

Carol is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

On January 21 st , 2022, Carol passed away in her daughter's home in Omaha, Nebraska.  She was preceded in death by her husband Rickey Baldwin; her parents; and her two sisters: Betty Loyce Covey and Margie Palmer Weaver.

Carol will be deeply missed by her children: Lori Ann Reber and husband Bob of Omaha, Nebraska, Rebecca Scott and husband Damon of Derby, Kansas, Heather Bonham and husband Aaron of Alva, Oklahoma, and son Rick Baldwin, Jr of Weatherford, Texas; 20 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

Her life will be honored with a funeral service held on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Wellington, Kansas.  Graveside service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Spring Grove Cemetery, west of Anthony, KS.

Visitation and viewing will be held 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday at Prairie Rose Funeral Home in Anthony with the family greeting friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Memorials may be made to the Carol Baldwin Memorial Fund and sent in care of Prairie Rose Funeral Home, 602 E. Main St., Anthony, KS 67003.
