Brandon Wayne Atwell was born on June 8, 1978 in Enid, Oklahoma to Harold Wayne Atwell and Phyllis Marie Gunning.  After a long battle with his health, Brandon passed away at his home in Harper, Kansas on December 11, 2020 at the age of 42 years, 6 months, and 3 days.

Preceding him in death are his parents, Harold Atwell and Phyllis (Gunning) Otis.  The family asks for prayers as they see Brandon off to The Heaven above to be with our Lord Jesus Christ and be reunited with his mom and grandparents, whom he had so longed for.

Left with cherished memories of Brandon are his brother, Brian Gunning of Killeen, Texas; niece, Emily; special aunt and uncle, Barbara and William Simmons of Pond Creek, Oklahoma; step-brother, Chris Otis; niece, Chloe and nephew, Christian; step-sisters, Annette Otis-Lee (Trenton) and Crystal Hardiman (Dean); cousin, Debra Black and her children: Amy, Joslin, Megan, Alex, Clair, and Maddy; family friend, Joe Elko; aunts, uncles, cousins; other relatives and friends.

Cremation has taken place and no services are scheduled at this time.  The family requests that no flowers be sent, but if a donation is in your heart, it can be made to the Brandon Atwell Memorial Fund to assist the family with final expenses.  Donations can be sent in care of the funeral home.
